Transferring money instantly between your Apple FCU accounts can be done in a few simple steps:

In Apple FCU Online

  1. Log in and select Transfer Funds from the Pay and Transfer menu
  2. Specify the account you would like to transfer funds from and to
  3. Enter the amount you would like to transfer
  4. Review and click Confirm

In the Mobile App

  1. Log in and tap Transfers, then Make a Transfer
  2. Specify the account you would like to transfer funds from and to
  3. Enter the amount you would like to transfer
  4. Review and tap Confirm

At Apple FCU, we’ve partnered with Zelle® to provide a fast, safe and easy way to send and receive money with trusted individuals.

To get started:

  1. Enroll or log in to Apple FCU Online or Mobile App.
  2. Select Send Money With Zelle®
  3. Accept Terms and Conditions
  4. Choose your U.S. mobile number or email address and deposit account.

To set up a one-time or recurring payment to your Apple FCU Credit Card from a non-Apple account, follow these steps:

In Apple FCU Online

  1. Log in and hover over Pay and Transfer.
  2. Select Pay Credit Card from External Account.

In the Mobile App

  1. Log in and tap More.
  2. Tap Pay and Transfer.
  3. Tap Pay Credit Card from External Account.

To set up a one-time or recurring payment to your Apple FCU Mortgage from a non-Apple FCU account, follow these steps:

In Apple FCU Online

  1. Log in and hover over Pay and Transfer.
  2. Click Pay Mortgage from External Account.

In the Mobile App

  1. Log in and tap More.
  2. Tap Pay and Transfer.
  3. Tap Pay Mortgage from External Account.

To set up a one-time or recurring payment to your Apple FCU Loan from a non-Apple FCU account, follow these steps:

In Apple FCU Online

  1. Log in and hover over Pay and Transfer.
  2. Select Pay Loan.
  3. Click the From Account dropdown menu and select Add An Account.
  4. Click Add an External Account.

In the Mobile App

  1. Log in and tap More.
  2. Tap Pay and Transfer.
  3. Tap Pay Loan.
  4. Tap Add An Account.
  5. Tap Add an External Account.

If you’re using Apple FCU Online, select Pay and Transfer, then Pay Bills.

If you’re using the Mobile App, simply click Pay Bills.

After you’ve launched Bill Pay, locate the payee you would like to make a payment to and click Pay. Enter the payment amount, date, and select the account you would like to pay from. Finally, click Pay.

To link a new external account using Apple FCU Online:

  1. Log in and click Pay and Transfer
  2. Click Transfer Funds, then select the More Actions tab
  3. Select Add Account.

To link a new external account using the Mobile App:

  1. Log in and click Transfers
  2. Select Add

To link a non-Apple FCU account using Apple FCU Online:

    1. Log in and click Pay and Transfer
    2. Click Transfer Funds, then select the More Actions tab
    3. Select Add Account.

To link a new external account using the Mobile App:

    1. Log in and click Transfers
    2. Select Add Account.

Request Credit or Debit Card I would like to request a new Credit or Debit Card.

Apple FCU Credit and Debit Card replacements are mailed at least 10 business days before your Card expires.

Please note that all Cards are set to expire on the last day of the month displayed on your Card.

If your Card has expired and you have not yet received your replacement, please click on the "Let's Chat" icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. Our virtual assistant, Ava, can connect you with a representative.
