That's why we've invested in technology to reduce wait times, especially over the phone. We're making great strides, as evidenced by the fact that we've recently recorded some of the shortest average wait times in our credit union's history.
But there's still more to be done. We want to empower members to take more control of their financial journey by providing personalized insights and seamless service through Apple FCU Online and the Mobile App.
Some of these things we provide already, such as our free Credit Monitoring tool and a selection of pre-approved Loan offers available through Apple FCU Online and our Mobile App. Apple FCU also provides a comprehensive suite of Card management tools that lets you manage your accounts effectively and securely.
